Due to technical difficulties over the weekend the deadline to enroll in health insurance through HealthCare.gov has been extended through December 18 at 3:00 a.m. EST. If you or a family member need assistance with the enrollment process the Health Benefits Specialists as PHC can help walk you through the process. Call the clinic ahead of time to schedule an appointment to meet with one of our staff.

Who can get help?

All are welcome! You do not need to be a PHC patient to receive assistance enrolling in coverage through the Affordable Care Act Marketplace.

What to expect:

Our bilingual Health Benefits Specialists are Certified Application Counselors who will meet with community members to review their coverage options during a 45-60 minute session. They will go over the available plans and help you to decide which option is best for you based on your priorities. We encourage making an appointment ahead of time to make sure that we will be able to assist you with the enrollment process. 

What to Bring:

Bring a copy of your 2018 tax return, social security numbers for all of the people applying for coverage and the income information for all members of your household.
