How to Get Started with MyChart
- Download the App:
- For Smartphones: Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for “MyChart.” Look for the app with the red and white heart icon and install it.
- For Computers: Visit MyChart’s website using your web browser.
- Sign Up:
- With an Activation Code: After a visit to Primary Health Care, you might receive an activation code. Open the app or website, click on “Sign Up Now,” and enter your code along with your personal details.
- Without an Activation Code: No worries! Click on “Sign Up Now” and choose the option that says “Sign Up Online.” You’ll need to provide some information to verify your identity.
- Set Up Your Account:
- Create a username and password. Make sure it’s something you’ll remember but keep it secure!
- Choose your preferred language—English or Spanish.
- Explore the Features:
- Once logged in, take a tour of the app. Check your health summary, look at test results, or send a message to your doctor.
