Colorful banners and streamers promoting PHC Community Night

National Health Center Week takes place August 6 to 12, providing an opportunity to raise awareness about the mission and services of community health centers like Primary Health Care. We are excited to celebrate our patients, lift up the work of our amazing staff, and share our gratitude to the communities we serve.

To celebrate National Health Center Week, PHC is once again hosting a FREE community-wide, family-friendly event on Wednesday, August 9 from 5:30 to 7:30 pm. All are welcome to discover local health and human service resources, enjoy the kid friendly activities, and learn more about PHC’s offerings. We hope you will join us!
