- Medicaid Member Services
- Watch for a letter from the Iowa Department of Health & Human Services (Iowa HHS). You may have received the letter, if it may arrive in the next month or so.
- If you have not received the letter, call to make sure Iowa HHS has your current address.
- Respond to any mail from Iowa HHS for information.
