A Fundraising Celebration Supporting Primary Health Care

Join us for Together for Health, PHC’s annual fundraising event in Des Moines! This special evening supports health care access for everyone in our community—including those who face barriers to care.
Enjoy a cocktail reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres, refreshments, and a brief program at 6:30 PM. You’ll also have the chance to explore the beautiful Botanical Garden after hours.
This year’s event is extra special as we welcome our new CEO, Nathan Simpson. It’s the start of an exciting new chapter for Primary Health Care, and we’d love for you to be part of it.

Primary Health Care (PHC) provides medical, dental, and mental health services to more than 40,000 patients each year across 10 clinics and service locations in central Iowa. As a community health center, we believe everyone deserves quality care—no matter their income, insurance status, or life circumstances.
