  • Nearly 15,000 under- or uninsured patients received care.
  • 139,613 total medical, dental, and behavioral health visits.

Homeless Support Services

  • Served 5,000+ individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • Completed centralized intakes for 2,500 individuals and families.

The Project of PHC (HIV Services)

  • 1,500+ HIV tests for early detection and linkage to care.
  • 100% of patients linked to HIV care within 1 month of testing.
  • 96% of patients achieved viral suppression.

  • 90% patient satisfaction rate.
