Our University Avenue campus brings together primary medical care, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy pickup, Homeless Support Services, and The Project of PHC in one location. Medicaid accepted (we also accept Medicare and most private insurance). A sliding fee scale is available for patients without coverage.
