Primary Health Care provides treatment for opioid use disorder. Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) combines medicine with counseling and recovery support. We work with you on a plan that fits your health needs and recovery goals.
PHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare and most private insurance. A sliding fee discount may be available based on income and family size.
