Celebrating Stephany Balow’s Promotion to CAO!
We are excited to announce that Stephany Balow will step into the role of Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) effective December 22nd!
Since joining PHC in 2014, Stephany has excelled in various roles, most recently as Director of Compliance & Risk. She has played a pivotal role in developing PHC’s risk management, compliance, and privacy programs, showcasing her expertise in critical areas.
As CAO, Stephany will lead PHC’s support departments in advancing strategic objectives, manage grants, contracts, and policies, and provide leadership to key team members.
