Primary Health Care welcomes Dr. Megan Srinivas as Chief Medical Officer. A board-certified infectious disease physician and Iowa state representative, Dr. Srinivas brings clinical leadership and public health experience to support high-quality, accessible care for the communities PHC serves.
The Community Care Hub connects patients to community programs that support health beyond the clinic, including help with food, transportation, housing, and wellness. Patients can ask their medical provider about a referral, and a Navigator will help coordinate services. This program is currently available as a pilot at Ames Medical only.
